The Company started at the end of 1988 as a joint-venture company between one of Thailand's leading steel pipe manufacturers and three of Singapore's major construction contractors.Syntec changed its status to that of a public company in October 1992 and became the youngest Thai construction company to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in July 1993.
