SIRIPF is a property fund that invest in land and residential house containing 25 houses of Sansiri House – Sukumvit 67 located in Tambol Prakanong-nua, Amphoe Wattana, Bangkok. All of the 25 houses are 2-storey single houses with the level decoration art. There are 4 types of area for use : 394, 437, 490 and 560 square meter.
SIRIPF is a closed-end property fund which does not redeem investment units and has no set maturity date. It was registered as a property fund on Sep 9, 2005 with an initial fund size of Baht 865 million. Its investment units were first traded in the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Sep 26, 2005.
SIRIPF is managed by ING Funds (Thailand) Company Limited and Sansiri Public Company Limited is a Lessee.
