Eternity Grand Logistics Plc. ("the Company" or "ETG") was incorporated on May 13, 2002 under the name of "Eternity Transport 2002 Co., Ltd." with an initial capital of Bt. 5 million. Its promoter is the Thiapairat family, who have high expertise and experience in the businesses related to customs clearance and logistics on a full scale for over three decades. At present, the Company mainly offers nationwide distribution service, customs clearance for both imported and exported goods, and other related services which are provided by its subsidiaries, namely inland transportation, lease and management of warehouse, and other supplementary services that complete its fully integrated logistics business.
